Just uploaded some photos I took of The Niles Dog Show 2008. The event was held on last Saturday (July 19, 2008).

I finally finished picking and uploading photos from my Taiwan trip way back in May of this year. Click on the mosaic to go to the set.

This afternoon I used my Tamron 90mm lens to take some pictures of moths in the backyard. That lens sure is sharp!

There is no real content in this post. This is a test post from the ‘new’ Windows Live Writer. It’s much improved over the old old version I had played with months ago.

This map thing is pretty nice.  At least the Live Writer adds something new that I couldn’t easily do before.  By the way, I took the above picture of the duck at the dock shown in the map.

Last night I landed in SFO and completed my annual 3-week vacation. This year I went to Xiamen, China in addition to Singapore. This is my first trip back in Xiamen after 21 years, but my attempt to 腐败 failed miserably and proved that I am ever a miser.

Last week there was a Pasar Malam near my home in Singapore. I finally walked through it on Sunday night. This pasar malam was taken down the next day (Monday).
